Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Celebrate National Chocolate Chip Day (May 15th) with these delicious chocolate chip cookies. With 14 grams of protein, it’s the perfect treat to satisfy that sweet tooth while still getting some protein into your diet.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- ⅔ cup unsalted peanut butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup Nutricost's vanilla protein powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a medium sized bowl, whisk together eggs, peanut butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Mix in Nutricost’s vanilla protein powder, baking soda and salt until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop the dough into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes - we recommend starting with 8 and checking from there. Cookies will continue to solidify after being removed from the oven.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet and enjoy!
