These recipes are packed with flavor, easy to make, and will keep you feeling great throughout the big game. Whether you're hosting a crowd or just enjoying the game with a few friends, these snacks will make your gameday spread both delicious and nutritious!


Habanero Turkey Sliders


Ingredients:

-1 lb Ground turkey

-1/4 cup greek yogurt

-1/4 cup breadcrumbs

-1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

-1 1/2 tsp salt

-1/2 tsp pepper

-1 tbsp avocado oil

-1/4 tsp habanero powder

-Dinner rolls

-1/2 cup butter

-2 tablespoons mustard

-Poppyseeds

-Pepper jack cheese

-Avocado

-Lettuce

-Tomato


Instructions:

-In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, greek yogurt, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

-Divide the mixture into evenly sized portions and shape them into patties.

-Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

-Add the turkey patties and cook for about 5 minutes on one side.

-Flip the patties and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), about 5 more minutes.


For more macro-friendly options, place patties on bun and dress with desired toppings. For a more flavorful option follow the next steps:


-Slice sandwich rolls and place a cooked turkey patty on each roll.

-If desired, add a slice of cheese on top of each patty.

-Arrange the sandwiches in a 9x13-inch baking dish.

-In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in mustard and poppy seeds until well combined.

-Brush or spoon the topping generously over the sandwiches.

-Cover the baking dish with foil and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sandwiches are heated through.

-Dress sandwiches with desired condiments/toppings

Ingredients:

-16 oz Cottage cheese

-1 4-oz can diced green chilis

-1 clove garlic

-1-2 cups Mexican shredded cheese

-1 can diced tomatoes

-1 scoop of Nutricost’s White Cheddar Powder


Instructions:

-Add all ingredients except the tomatoes to a blender and blend until smoothz

-Heat on the stovetop on low heat stirring often to maintain a smooth and creamy texture

-Add tomatoes and any spices (salt, pepper, etc) to taste

-Continue to stir until queso is warmed all the way through

-Serve with chips, veggies, or even tacos!


Peanut Butter Protein Bites



Ingredients

- 1 cup Nutricost Peanut Butter Powder

- 1/2 cup Nutricost Vanilla Protein Powder

- 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)w

- 1/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

- 1/3 cup rolled oats

- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional, for a sweet touch)

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- Pinch of salt

Instructions

- Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine Nutricost Peanut Butter Powder, Nutricost Vanilla Protein Powder, rolled oats, and salt. Stir until evenly mixed.

- Add wet ingredients: Add honey, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until a thick, slightly sticky dough forms.
