High Protein Easter Bites Recipe
Try this delicious recipe this easter weekend and indulge in these chewy, easy-to-make, Easter Bites packed with almond joy flavor and protein!
Ingredients (protein bites)
- 1 cup Nutricost vanilla whey protein
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut flakes
- 1/8 cup almond milk
Ingredients (chocolate covering)
- Vanilla almond bark
- Food coloring (if desired)
Directions:
- Add all ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine. Mixture should be thick.
- Roll into balls and place on plate or tray.
- Place protein balls in fridge or freezer for 30 min.
- Melt vanilla almond bark in microwave doing 30 second intervals till fully melted. Add food coloring if desired.
- Dip protein balls in melted chocolate and place back in fridge or freezer for 10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
