High Protein Easter Bites Recipe

Try this delicious recipe this easter weekend and indulge in these chewy, easy-to-make, Easter Bites packed with almond joy flavor and protein!


Ingredients (protein bites)

- 1 cup Nutricost vanilla whey protein

- 1 cup almond flour

- 1/4 cup almond butter

- 1/4 cup honey

- 4 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup shredded coconut flakes

- 1/8 cup almond milk


Ingredients (chocolate covering)

- Vanilla almond bark

- Food coloring (if desired)


Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine. Mixture should be thick.
  2. Roll into balls and place on plate or tray.
  3. Place protein balls in fridge or freezer for 30 min.
  4. Melt vanilla almond bark in microwave doing 30 second intervals till fully melted. Add food coloring if desired.
  5. Dip protein balls in melted chocolate and place back in fridge or freezer for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
