Chocolate Energy Balls
This Chocolate Energy Balls recipe is the perfect on-the-go snack that is high in protein and easy to make!

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp Nutricost cocoa powder
- 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 scoop Nutricost chocolate protein powder
- 1 and 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces.
- Combine chopped chocolate, peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder, salt, chocolate protein powder, old-fashioned oats, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to beat the mixture until well combined.
- Use a cookie scooper to scoop even amounts of dough and roll them into balls. Place on a parchment paper and freeze for 15 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 4 ounces chopped dark chocolate
- 2 large ripe avocados
- 3 tbsp Nutricost cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon light agave nectar
- For serving: fresh raspberries, whipped cream, chocolate shavings
Directions:
- Microwave chopped dark chocolate until completely melted. Set aside.
- Add avocados, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, almond milk, vanilla extract, agave, and salt to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
- Chill mixture for 2 hours or overnight for more thickness.
- Serve topped with raspberries, whipped cream, and chocolate shavings. Enjoy!
