Chocolate Protein Raspberry Bites Recipe
This easy-to-make recipe is the perfect treat for Valentine’s Day! Try these Chocolate Protein Raspberry Bites made with our delicious vanilla whey protein powder!
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Nutricost vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- Dark chocolate
- Optional: sea salt flakes
Instructions:
- Smash raspberries with a fork on a flat surface. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together greek yogurt and the Nutricost vanilla whey protein powder.
- Pour the smashed raspberries in the mixing bowl and stir until combined.
- On a baking sheet, place spoon sized amounts of the raspberry yogurt mixture throughout the sheet and place in the freezer for 30 minutes up to an hour.
- Once the raspberry yogurt mixture is frozen solid, coat a thin layer of melted dark chocolate over each bite-sized portion. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to cool.
- Sprinkle sea salt flakes on top of the chocolate raspberry bites and enjoy!
