Chocolate Protein Raspberry Bites Recipe

This easy-to-make recipe is the perfect treat for Valentine’s Day! Try these Chocolate Protein Raspberry Bites made with our delicious vanilla whey protein powder!


Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Nutricost vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • Dark chocolate
  • Optional: sea salt flakes

Instructions:

  1. Smash raspberries with a fork on a flat surface. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix together greek yogurt and the Nutricost vanilla whey protein powder.
  3. Pour the smashed raspberries in the mixing bowl and stir until combined.
  4. On a baking sheet, place spoon sized amounts of the raspberry yogurt mixture throughout the sheet and place in the freezer for 30 minutes up to an hour.
  5. Once the raspberry yogurt mixture is frozen solid, coat a thin layer of melted dark chocolate over each bite-sized portion. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to cool.
  6. Sprinkle sea salt flakes on top of the chocolate raspberry bites and enjoy!
