3 Campfire Recipes Too Good to Stay at Camp

Whether you’re grilling under the stars, roasting dessert in foil, or just here for the melty, cheesy side dish, these foil-packet recipes were made for summer.
They're smoky. They're spicy. They’re ridiculously easy to clean up.
And yes, we used a few Nutricost pantry staples to spice things up (literally).

🥩 Spicy Steak & Potato Foil Packets
Featuring: Nutricost Cayenne Pepper Powder
Ingredients:

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-size chunks

2 cups baby potatoes, halved
-
1 cup broccoli florets
-
1/2 red onion, sliced
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
1/4–1/2 tsp Nutricost Cayenne Pepper Powder

1/2 tsp dried oregano or thyme

Salt + pepper to taste

Optional: pat of butter per packet
Instructions:

Preheat grill or oven to 425°F.

Toss steak, potatoes, and veggies with oil, cayenne, herbs, salt, and pepper.

Divide into foil packs and seal tightly.

Grill or bake for 25–30 minutes until steak is cooked through and potatoes are tender.

Add a pat of butter before sealing for extra flavor.

🧀 Cheddar Broccoli Foil Packets

Ingredients (serves 2):

2 cups small broccoli florets

1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

2 tbsp Nutricost Yellow Cheddar Powder

Salt + pepper to taste

Optional: shredded cheese or crushed crackers on top
Instructions:

Toss broccoli with olive oil, cheddar powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Grill or bake at 400°F for 15–18 minutes until tender and cheesy.

🍫 Campfire Banana Boats with Protein Nut Butter Drizzle
Featuring: Nutricost Peanut Butter Powder + Chocolate Protein Powder
Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas, slit lengthwise (peel on)

1/4 cup mini marshmallows
-
1/4 cup chocolate chips
-
1 tbsp crushed graham crackers
Protein Drizzle:

1 tbsp Nutricost Peanut Butter Powder

1/2 tbsp Nutricost Chocolate Protein Powder

1–2 tbsp almond milk or water
Instructions:

Stuff bananas with marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbs.
