These 3 easy recipes are designed for busy days, low-effort cooking, and moments when you want something quick without skimping on flavor. Simple ingredients, minimal steps, and plenty of flexibility make these recipes everyday heroes.

1. Gut-Friendly Miso Noodle Bowl (ft. Nutricost Collagen Peptides) 🍜

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth

  • 2 tbsp miso paste

  • 1–2 tsp fresh grated ginger (optional)

  • 4 oz rice noodles or soba noodles

  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 cup spinach or bok choy

  • ½ cup shredded carrots

  • 1 block tofu or 1 cup shredded chicken (optional)

  • 1–2 scoops Nutricost Collagen Peptides (unflavored)

  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat broth in a pot and whisk in miso paste until smooth.

  2. Add ginger if using and bring to a simmer.

  3. Whisk in Nutricost Collagen Peptides until fully dissolved.

  4. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.

  5. Add mushrooms, spinach, carrots, and tofu/chicken to the broth. Cook 2–3 minutes.

  6. Divide noodles into bowls and pour hot broth over them.

  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.

2. Probiotic Berry Kombucha Mocktail 🍹 (ft. Nutricost Super Greens)

Ingredients (Serves 1–2)

  • 1 cup berry-flavored kombucha

  • ½ cup sparkling water

  • ½ cup fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 tsp Nutricost Super Greens (unflavored or Mixed Berry)

  • Ice cubes

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gently mash the berries with the lemon juice.

  2. Fill glasses halfway with ice and the mashed berries.

  3. Add kombucha and sparkling water. Stir gently.

  4. Sprinkle in Nutricost Super Greens and stir until dissolved.

  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and extra berries if desired.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy.

3. Peanut Butter Powder Stuffed Dates (ft. Nutricost Peanut Butter Powder) 🥜

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 8 Medjool dates, pitted

  • 2 tsp Nutricost Peanut Butter Powder

  • 1–2 tsp water (to make a spreadable paste)

  • Optional toppings: cacao nibs, shredded coconut, or a tiny drizzle of dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix Nutricost Peanut Butter Powder with water until it forms a thick paste.

  2. Slice each date lengthwise and stuff with the peanut butter paste.

  3. Top with cacao nibs, shredded coconut, or a drizzle of dark chocolate if desired.

  4. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for a firmer treat.
