1. Gut-Friendly Miso Noodle Bowl (ft. Nutricost Collagen Peptides) 🍜

Ingredients (Serves 2)

2 cups vegetable or chicken broth

2 tbsp miso paste
-
1–2 tsp fresh grated ginger (optional)

4 oz rice noodles or soba noodles
-
1 cup mushrooms, sliced

1 cup spinach or bok choy
-
½ cup shredded carrots
-
1 block tofu or 1 cup shredded chicken (optional)

Instructions

Heat broth in a pot and whisk in miso paste until smooth.

Add ginger if using and bring to a simmer.

Add mushrooms, spinach, carrots, and tofu/chicken to the broth. Cook 2–3 minutes.

Ingredients (Serves 1–2)

1 cup berry-flavored kombucha

½ cup sparkling water

½ cup fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Juice of ½ lemon

Instructions

Instructions
