How do I return my order?

At Nutricost, we understand that even though our products are of the utmost quality, no supplement works for everyone. Please follow this guide to start your return for items purchased from our website, Nutricost.com.

  • Returns and exchanges must be submitted within 60 days of purchase.
  • We will accept one open container per item. All other containers must be unopened to qualify for returns or exchanges.
  • Returns will be refunded as store credit or an exchange when using the free returns option, and as a refund to the original form of payment for a return label fee.

Steps to Initiate Your Return

Follow these steps to start your return process easily:

  2. Log in with your order information or email address to locate your purchase details.
  3. Select the product(s) you wish to return.
  4. If you purchased the free returns for store credit + exchange option at checkout, you can return your item at no cost. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label when you submit your request for store credit or an exchange.
  5. If you did not purchase the free returns option, please be aware that return shipping fees apply.
  6. Package the product securely and affix the provided shipping label.
  7. Ship your return within the specified timeframe to ensure eligibility.

I have not received my package even though it shows delivered. Where is it?

If your Nutricost order status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, this guide will help you locate your package or file a claim to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

Step 1: Wait 48 Hours

Sometimes USPS marks packages as delivered before you actually receive your order. If your order shipped via USPS, please wait 48 hours before confirming that your package has not been delivered.

Step 2: Check Nearby Locations

If you have waited 48 hours, and/or your package did not ship through USPS, please check your mailbox, parcel locker, front porch, garage, or any other locations around your delivery address where the package may have been left. Also, consider asking your neighbors if they received the package accidentally.

Step 3: File a “Delivered but not Received” Claim

Once you have completed the above steps, you can file a claim through our portal. Please note that you must have purchased package protection (Redo) at checkout to file a claim. To do so, please visit this link.
