Spicy Citrus Electrolyte Lemonade
For when life needs a little kick.
Ingredients:

1 stick Nutricost Fruit Punch or Green Apple Hydration/Energy Stick Pack

Juice of 1 fresh lemon (about 2 tbsp)

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to heat preference)

1 tsp honey or agave (optional, for balance)

1/2 cup sparkling water (for fizz)
