Very strong taste but for the cost you cant really ask for more, gets the job done and helps your budget while doing it

Perfect afternoon pick me up!

Usually have this in the afternoon when I get home from work. It has just enough caffeine to give you a boost, plus a nice profile of electrolytes and amino acids, and tastes good too. You could definitely use this intra workout, but I haven't tried it that way, I have a different pre and post workout that I use. For an intra day boost though, you can't go wrong.

Good combo of ingredients

This product seems to have a solid mix of ingredients to give you a boost without being over the top and leading to jitters or a big crash later. The price seems reasonable for 30 servings.

Tastes great

Nutricost hardly ever misses when it comes to flavor. Overall it mixes well and as long as you're drinking it with water it'll help hydrate you. I don't mind the ingredient list but to be frank I don't know if it does anything of significance. I still do like this to sip on while I workout though to keep me hydrated and my blood pumping
