If you’re trying to gain muscle in the most efficient way possible, whey protein isolate is the only way to go. Whey protein isolate is more heavily refined than whey protein concentrate, meaning that every scoop of isolate contains higher concentrations of protein than a scoop of concentrate.*
Nutricost Whey Protein Isolate boasts a robust amino acid profile and comes in 9 great-tasting flavors. Whey protein isolate also contains far less lactose than whey protein concentrate, making it consumable for those with less severe lactose intolerance.

I've mixed with both water and coconut milk. Has a great taste with a pleasant after taste. The coconut milk makes it into a milk shake. No burps, or fartage afterwards which makes it easy to still be around people. I trust consumer labs reports and this product lives up to that! Been looking for a bulkier supplier for a few months that sells more than 1.8 pound cans. Only to find Nutricost has the highest rating and great deals after the original purchase. I have now acquired 25 pounds of protein.... I'll be back!
For the price, this is the best product on the market. Has same calorie content as unflavored, so it’s not loaded with calories. This makes this product the best product and the best price on the market.
I purchased this unflavored whey isolate to add some protein to my elderly father's drinks. I mix together a scoop of this isolate and an equal scoop of Nestles Quik in a Tupperware quick shaker, along with a little milk. I shake it up good, then add more milk to make a couple glasses of protein filled chocolate milk. It actually makes the chocolate milk better! Creamier, but no other taste. Before this, I tried another protein powder which wasn't good and wouldn't mix well. Then I bought the Nutricost whey protein concentrate, which was pretty good. But this isolate is "whey" better than the concentrate (see how I did that?) It really mixes better and definitely tastes better, as in it doesn't really have any taste. Definitely recommend.
It's worth the price.
I'm not sure about some of the other reviews about packaging and stuff being found inside. I've been using and order the same product for about 6 months and they have always been perfect. It taste good on its own. I add some fruit and it taste even better. Solid product, I would recommend
