Great product!

I'm so happy with this jar (I bought the 1kg) of powder. It dissolves great in our smoothies. I've never tried it in water. It has helped heal my husband's inflamed gut. It has helped support my own gut health and curbed my sugar cravings. We switched to a 60 day subscription and had great service from customer support. Rancid

I have bought this product several times. This last time, I ordered from Amazon. I opened it and it was rancid. I am trying to get a replacement but you have to call Nutricost. The lady that answered was rude and hung up on me because I was angry at the return process being on my dime. I told her I was going to write reviews everywhere-literally everywhere-to let ppl know that their product is inconsistent and their return policy and customer service are terrible.

I heard great things about this product so I ordered two different flavors. I still have not received the item and it shipped to me on the 3rd of April and has been "arriving today" since April 7th and still nothing
