I received this item for free from Vine. I have PCOS and antioxidants and anti-inflammatory supplements are a must. Iâ€™ve never had bee propolis in supplement form - usually Iâ€™ve only come across it in my skin care serums. I havenâ€™t found any studies on this so I canâ€™t say how well it works but for me personally it doesnâ€™t hurt. The price isnâ€™t too bad considering itâ€™s about a 4 month supply. I also trust the brand - Iâ€™ve bought other supplements from nutricost and theyâ€™ve all been great.

Bee propolis is highly beneficial for many things, and I love that it is in these capsules. I also use a bee propolis cream for my face. The capsules are very easy to take. The jar has 120 capsules, and the serving size is one capsule per day, so this is 120 day supply! It is, according to the label, 100% bee propolis. See my photo here for the description of contents. Love the simplicity of this supplement. Just bee propolis in the capsules. Also love that it's only 1 a day.
