Focus, mental resilience and astringent properties

In regards to the quality of product, shipping and delivery, everything was great and seamless. BUT I need to advise that Rhodiola Rosea has a strong astringent propriety, so it will cause constipation on people with this issue. I think it is important to mention. You feel very thirsty as well. If you don't have this issue, go for it. It provides focus and mental resilience, I wish I could keep taking it because it is an excellent product for overall health.

Works in a Smoothie

I have been putting my daily dose of Rhodiola Rosea powder into my lunchtime smoothie, and so far it's great. If it tastes like anything, it still tastes fine, and the net effect of all of my supplements that go into this smoothie is that I feel better and function better, so that's great. Specifically, though, I bought the Rhodiola to help me recover from a neck injury that ended up revealing some disk degeneration. I'm using it as part of a program to improve my disk and joint health, and that will take longer than a couple of weeks to report back on. I will keep you posted, but wanted to at least say that there's solid science backing this use, and that being able to put it in a smoothie is a definite plus (who likes taking a gazillion pills?)! Smoothie tip: if you put lots of supplements in smoothies (as I do) you may find that, barring allergy, adding a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter powder makes them taste great and may also boost your niacin levels. :)

You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center.
