I started taking these delicious pills yesterday and already I'm taller, smarter and better looking! Have you been seeing reviews like this? Do you believe them? I actually measure everything possible about my health: blood pressure, weight, glucose daily. There are other tests I take annually or at other frequencies. Even so it is difficult to know if taking a certain vitamin or prescription or food item has made a difference. Those enthusiastic (and sometimes negative) reviews are based upon emotion, not facts. A person feels better one day and 'oh, it must be that new pill!'. It's just as likely to be a full moon that made the difference. Don't believe them.
That said, we can look for products from trustworthy companies who have a reputation for quality. We can look for ingredients that indicate an understanding of the current science. We can look for prices that are affordable but not suspiciously low. This company seems to offer many low priced items, yet I think they may be good quality.
