3 Easy Recipes You'll Be Glad You Saved

Quick doesn’t have to mean complicated.

These three recipes are designed to move fast in the kitchen, with simple steps and flexible ingredients you can swap as needed. They’re easy to make, easy to repeat, and fit right into busy, everyday cooking.

1. Protein-Packed Veggie Stir-Fry (ft. Nutricost Cayenne Pepper Powder)

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, turkey, or tofu

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas)

  • 1–2 tsp garlic, minced

  • 1–2 tsp fresh ginger, grated (optional)

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • ½ tsp Nutricost Cayenne Pepper Powder (adjust to taste)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté 1 minute.

  2. Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 3–5 minutes.

  3. Stir in cooked chicken, tofu, or turkey and soy sauce. Heat through.

  4. Sprinkle in Nutricost Cayenne Pepper Powder and mix well. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve immediately, optionally over rice or quinoa.

2. Winter Grape Clear Protein Mocktail (ft. Nutricost Clear Protein –  Concord Grape)

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 1 scoop Nutricost Clear Protein (Concord Grape)

  • ½ cup Fresca or plain sparkling water

  • ½ cup unsweetened cranberry juice

  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon or a small pinch of nutmeg

  • Ice cubes

  • Optional garnish: fresh cranberries, cinnamon stick, or rosemary sprig

Instructions

  1. In a shaker or glass, mix Nutricost Grape Clear Protein with cranberry juice until fully dissolved.

  2. Fill a glass with ice and pour the mixture over it.

  3. Top with Fresca or sparkling water for fizz and gently stir.

  4. Lightly sprinkle cinnamon or nutmeg on top.

  5. Garnish with cranberries, a cinnamon stick, or rosemary if desired.

  6. Serve immediately.

3. Protein-Packed Energy Bites (ft. Nutricost Peanut Butter Powder and Protein Powder)

Ingredients (Makes 8–10 bites)

  • 1 cup oats

  • ½ cup Nutricost Peanut Butter Powder

  • ½ cup Nutricost Protein Powder (vanilla or chocolate)

  • ⅔ cup water or milk (add gradually to form dough)

  • 2–4 tbsp mix-ins: mini chocolate chips, dried cranberries, or chopped nuts

Tip: Start with about ½ cup liquid and add more as needed until you get that cookie-dough texture you like 😉

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix oats, Nutricost Peanut Butter Powder, Nutricost Protein Powder, and water/milk until a thick dough forms.

  2. Fold in your mix-ins.

  3. Roll into small bite-sized balls.

  4. Store in the fridge for up to a week, or enjoy immediately.
