Good value, does the job.
I picked these up to supplement my athletic and keto lifestyle. As a senior, I find HMB helps maintain my muscle mass & I have a faster recovery from my workouts, especially if I take it with. creatine. I switched to this brand when I ran out of a combo HMB/creatine product and these work very well. Good product; great value.
I don't feel anything yet but I'm thinking positively to get the placebo effect at least.
I'm a big fan of Nutricost's HMB supplement, especially as a CrossFit enthusiast. While it's hard to be 100% certain about supplement effects, I'm pretty confident that HMB has improved my recovery times. I hit CrossFit about 5 times a week, so I can really tell when my body is getting the nutrients it needs. Since starting HMB, I've noticed I'm bouncing back from intense workouts more quickly. If you're into high-intensity training and looking for something to potentially enhance your recovery, I'd recommend giving this a try. Effect of HMB need time and consistence to see, 20 serves is too little to tell the difference. But on paper MyHBM suppose to provide better absorption.Quality wise, its well sealed, nice and clean capsules, small and cute package.I think I will continue taking this.
