Tastes awful, great benefits

I started taking this about a week ago. I put it in a smoothie with vital proteins chocolate flavor collegan. It does curb your appetite which I really like but it doesn’t stop it completely. I am able to drink my smoothie and last until lunchtime and I have stopped snacking throughout the day. I am not sure I have lost any weight though. They product is amazing for your body but it does smell and taste awful. I use the collagen protein powder, a banana, vanilla almond milk and pb to mask the taste. Even though it’s processed I feel good using this as breakfast. My mother use to use it during the 90s and she was always talking about how good it is for you. I think it has cut down on inflammation in my body
