If you purchased the $1.98 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center. If you did not purchase the $1.98 free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product.
To be eligible for refund or exchange, items after the first bottle or tub must be in new condition. Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns and exchanges are accepted 60 days after order date.
Our goal is to have your order processed within 1-2 business days depending on production of items ordered, size of order, and availability. Once Shipped, usually takes 3-5 business days for shipment to be received. (International orders may take longer due to customs).
