It works very fast

This brand of psyllium husk is quite Superior I highly recommend it for anyone who needs to have better Digestive health after only 2 days of using it twice a day when I wake up in the morning and before I go to bed it's excellent some people say that it tastes bad that might be true but I mix mine and orange juice you cannot taste it at all but the benefits are outstanding I will just say I use a lot less toilet paper now LOL everything comes out clean and no smell so take that for what it's worth and do yourself a favor and buy this stuff..

Handshaker-Not worthy for that intent.

The product is what it is, egg protein. It's best as a cooking egg product to me miked into baking. It's great for that!

It is not worthy of putting into shakes one would hand shake with a bottle shaker.

It does not break down in handheld shake devices with agitators. This is the common shake bottle protein users take on the go.

It stays clumpy like cottage cheese. It also is very frothy like it has a foaming agent in it. I'm not saying that it does but once you're done shaking to the point, you can finally break down the particles unless you want to drink them in chunks, you have leftover foam residual and floating proteins product within it.

If you want to #2, this stuff is #1!

I bought this to make keto bread. It was absolutely TERRIBLE for keto bread. It was like a brick of hatred. Never one to waste stuff, I started mixing this with my daily Metamucil to use it up. It was then when I realized this stuff is INCREDIBLE! I didn't read the dosing suggestion on the container (1/4 tsp per serving?) I just slammed a heaping tablespoon with 2 heaping tablespoons of generic metamucil in about 12 oz of water. It's a little tough to drink because this stuff is not very soluble, but I persisted. After about two servings, I noticed that I was taking Viking dumps. Like, your doo doo will be AMAZING! I recently started eating keto/carnivore and I found it tough to poop. Not after adding this to my daily regiment. I normally crap the shape of my colon. Just yesterday, it looked like the Chinese New Year dragon. I feel great after I go too, and I have this psyllium husk to thank for that. I will be buying more!
