This is not Ceremonial grade...

I am very disappointed in this product and do not recommend. I bought this product because it said ceremonial grade. I just started drinking Matcha and wanted to continue on a daily basis. Upon my research The Real ceremonial grade is from the top of the plant with young leaves, this grade was from the bottom of the plant which is considered less than and can be used for culinary purposes not for drinking. The color is supposed to be a bright green and is suppose to froth beautifully, however, this product is dark green as if mixed with dirt with no froth. DO NOT BUY!!

By far the worst Matcha that I’ve ever tried

Did not have the traditional delicious much taste. The color was not the proper color, it was not a bright green, it was more of a brownish green

Closer to a culinary grade than ceremonial grade

Compared to other ceremonial grade matcha in my pantry, this one seems to have a duller color and the taste is not as good. This is a lower grade ceremonial matcha. Good for making matcha latte with either soy milk or cow milk. Also good for baking. It is not good enough for drinking it the traditional way by whisking it in hot water to make a matcha tea.

Delicious, not bitter

This matcha is nice and creamy and not bitter. It mixed well with no clumping, and foamed up very nicely. It's one of the best Matcha powders that we've tried. It's flavorful but a nice mild, non-overbearing taste. We drink it hot, but may try it iced or as a latte as well, as it mixes well and has a very smooth flavor.
