They keep ignoring my emails about a question concerning the change of their NAC powdered tubs compared to the ones I ordered in the past. When I decided to just order their current 500g tubs anyway to see for myself, they failed to ship my order for over a week. When I emailed them about it, they were prompt to finally respond to me in just a few hours (if only they were that way with my previous questions!) They said they couldnt ship it out because they had no stock. Odd, their page clearly said they had them in stock, even when I got the email they still had stock so I replied to them that fact that they had stock and at the time of my order they were in stock. I asked why they would sell an item out of stock and how long were they planning on not contacting me over this delay had I not reached out first. Ignored, but they asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I opted for a replacement of my original 500g tub order with their 250g half sized tubs. They replied saying they couldnt because they didnt have any in stock despite their page saying they had a lot. So I asked for my money back.
Terrible and useless.
