Nutricost MSM Powder

Information online that joint pain, arthritis, etc could be helped with MSM usage prompted me to try it. This product was one of the more highly recommended. I actually took twice the recommended "dose", as online research showed the dose was about half of what should be used for effective results. I've used it for a little over two months and noticed ABSOLUTELY no improvement or change. I'm always up for a natural solution to a problem the drug companies provide a poison for, but this did not work for me.

Purchased this for fast hair growth and it does work. It's like my hair is on crack! I coupled this with ascorbic acid (vitamin c) and collagen powder.

This product was exactly what I wanted.
Did wonders for my over worked muscles. I did add vitamin C as it helps absorbtion.

This product works well. It is helping my hair grow. I ingest it each morning and some is dissolved in aloe jell and spray on my scalp and hair each morning followed by a gently massage. No hair breakage and shedding has decreased like 99%. I use mine with Vitamin C granules and the juice of a fresh orange. Only drawback. It clumps up in the jar. Have to break down the lumps before using. Will definitely continue using it.
