L-lysine works great on also they are very big and hard to swallow but we manage their effectiveness is awesome but I wouldn't recommend breaking them in half or even harder to swallow. They are smooth. You just can't think about it when you're trying to swallow them and don't raise your head up keep your head raise down when you swallow thank you for your product in the price was pretty good.
I've never seen a tablet as large as these. It goes down just fine, but they're enormous. Too soon to tell if it is effective in reducing cortisol for me.

You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center.
