Nice antioxidant/amino acid combo!

My body was telling me to cut back on meat consumption, so I began taking this to fill in for the reduction in amino acids in my diet. "L-" generally indicaties that it's more bioavailable to the human body, and Nutricost has created a 500mg capsule that is non-GMO, which I really appreciate. I'm very happy I found this!

Love this product. I get so many compliments on my hair. But I'm trying to leave a review on Amazon's lack of video quality. As a prime costumer I pay for movies/ shows however there is no place to post reviews of quality of videos. So where can we go when your videos/ movies won't play ? Even though we pay for that part of prime?

I tried this in the powder and I really liked it but since I have to add so many things all at once that are powders in my morning routine, I decided to try these in the pills. I'm hoping they do just as good. They are huge if you are someone that has trouble swallowing pills, but if you take it with food you should be able to get it down.
