NutriBoo Escape $1,000 High Score Contest: Official Rules

Please read these rules before entering. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final on all matters relating to the Contest.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in selecting the winner. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

   The NutriBoo Escape $1,000 High Score Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Nutricost ("Sponsor"), 351 E 1750 N, Vineyard, UT 84059.

2. Contest period

   The Contest begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Mountain Time (MT) on October 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MT on October 31, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper. Scores posted before or after the Contest Period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

   The Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

   Employees, officers, directors and contractors of Nutricost, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each, are not eligible to enter or win.

4. How to enter

   During the Contest Period: (a) Confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and enter your email address on the game's start screen, then play NutriBoo Escape; (b) save the score card from the game's Share Score button, or take a screenshot of the game-over screen showing your final score; and (c) post that image publicly on Instagram or TikTok with the hashtags #NutriBooEscape and #contest, tagging @nutricost_official on Instagram or @nutricostofficial on TikTok. The post must stay public and live through the end of winner verification.

   Your Player ID must be clearly legible in the image you post. Your Player ID is displayed in the upper right corner of the game screen and on the score card generated by the Share Score button. There is no limit on plays or posts. Each person may enter from only one social media account. Only your single highest valid score is considered.

5. Entry requirements

   Score cards and screenshots must be unedited, uncropped in any way that obscures the score or the Player ID, and must show a score earned by the entrant personally, playing the unmodified game during the Contest Period. By entering, you confirm that your entry is your own original gameplay.

   The Player ID shown in your post must match Sponsor's server record, and the score shown must correspond to a score achieved during the Contest Period according to that record.

   Sponsor's server record is the sole authoritative record of scores, play session duration, and the time at which a score was achieved. Where a posted image conflicts with Sponsor's server record, the server record controls.

6. Selecting the winner

   After the Contest Period ends, Sponsor will review eligible entries and validate each entry against its server records. The eligible entrant whose validated entry shows the highest score will be the potential winner.

7. Ties

   Ties will be broken among validated entries only, after any disqualification under Section 8. Where two or more validated entries show the same highest score, the entry with the longer play session duration for the run that produced that score, as recorded by Sponsor's server, will win the tie. If a tie remains, the entry whose highest score was achieved earliest, according to Sponsor's server record, will win. No tie will be resolved by random draw, by the order in which entries were posted, or by any other method involving chance.

8. Fair play and disqualification

   Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry or entrant and to refuse to award the prize to that entrant if Sponsor finds, or reasonably suspects, cheating or any other unfair play. This includes, without limitation: editing or faking a score card or screenshot; modifying, hacking or tampering with the game or its code; using bots, scripts, macros, automation or other software aids; exploiting bugs or glitches; having another person play on your behalf; using multiple accounts or multiple email addresses; sharing, reusing or posting a Player ID that is not your own; or any other conduct that undermines the fairness or integrity of the Contest.

   Sponsor may request additional information from any entrant to confirm a score and may disqualify an entrant who does not provide it. Sponsor's decision on whether an entry is valid is final and binding.

   If the top entry is disqualified, Sponsor will award the prize to the next-highest eligible, valid entry, and will repeat this process for up to three (3) alternate entrants. If no eligible valid entry remains, Sponsor may decline to award the prize.

9. Prize

   One (1) prize: $1,000.00 USD, paid by check or electronic payment at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is not transferable, and no substitution is allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

   The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize and must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is paid. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 as required by law.

10. Winner notification

    The potential winner will be contacted both by direct message from a Nutricost account to the account used to enter and by email to the address entered on the game's start screen, within seven (7) days after the Contest Period ends.

    The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of the date of Sponsor's first notification and confirm the email address they used to play, as described in the Email Collection section below. The potential winner may be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility, liability release and, where lawful, publicity release, within five (5) days of receiving them.

    If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, does not return required documents in time, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next-highest eligible entry in accordance with Section 8.

    Nutricost will never ask you for a password, payment or banking login to claim this prize.

11. Email collection for verification and winner contact

    To play NutriBoo Escape, each player enters an email address on the game's start screen. By entering it, you agree that Sponsor may collect and use it as described in these Official Rules and in the Nutricost Privacy Policy.

    Your email address is stored on Sponsor's server and is associated with a randomly generated Player ID. The Player ID does not contain or reveal your email address.

    For the Contest, Sponsor uses the email address to: (a) match the potential winner's entry post to the player who earned the score; (b) verify the potential winner's identity, age, residency and eligibility; (c) contact the potential winner and any alternate winners; (d) send, receive and collect the declaration of eligibility, releases and IRS Form W-9; and (e) coordinate delivery of the prize and announce the result to the winner.

    The potential winner must confirm the email address they used to play and must respond to Sponsor's messages within the response period in Section 10. Sponsor may disqualify a potential winner who cannot be reached at that address, cannot confirm it, or gives false information.

    By entering an email address to play, you agree to receive marketing emails (Nutricost news and offers) from Sponsor, as stated on the start screen. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. Unsubscribing does not affect your eligibility or your chances of winning, and Sponsor will still use your email address to contact you if you are a potential winner. Sponsor does not sell or rent email addresses. Sponsor shares them only with service providers that help run the Contest, send email or deliver the prize, or when required by law, and keeps Contest-related records only as long as needed to run the Contest and meet legal and tax requirements.

12. Publicity

    Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their name, social media handle, city and state, score and entry post for promotional purposes without further compensation.

13. Social platforms

    This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta or TikTok. By entering, you release those platforms from all liability related to the Contest. Entrants must follow each platform's terms of use.

14. General conditions

    Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or unreadable entries; technical failures of any kind, including game errors, lost scores, or device, browser or network problems; or posts that Sponsor cannot see because of an entrant's privacy settings. If the Contest cannot run as planned because of tampering, technical failure or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Contest and award the prize among eligible entries received before the action was taken.

    Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules at any time where necessary to comply with applicable law or to address a material defect in the administration of the Contest. Any modification will be posted at the location where these Official Rules appear and will take effect on posting.

15. Release and limitation of liability

    By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents, from any claims, losses or damages arising from participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.

16. Disputes and governing law

    These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Contest will be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

17. Privacy

    Sponsor collects the email address each player enters to play, entrants' public social media handles and posts, and any additional details the potential winner provides for verification. This information is used as described in Section 11 and the Nutricost Privacy Policy.

18. Winner's name

    The winner will be announced on Nutricost's social media accounts by November 17, 2026, or as soon as practicable thereafter if verification is delayed, once verification is complete.
