Helps tremendously with RA

I have a rheumatoid arthritis and had read that magnesium was a helpful supplement to take. Medication generally causes me to feel unwell and there are very few that I can take. This Magnesium has helped tremendously with RA symptoms and my mood has also improved. It’s easy on the stomach and I have had no issues taking it. Highly recommend!

Excellent for good sleep

These are just what the doctor ordered. I am having trouble sleeping due to menopause. I take one of these, a GABA, and a 5 mg melatonin (sometimes with a CBD D8 gummy) and I am able to fall back asleep when I wake up sweating from the meno. A life-saver in combo with the above.

Mood and overall mental health wellness is at its best when taking this brand so much so that my 100% alpha heterosexual nephew takes it now and the running joke is that he skips into work daily, spreading happy vibes and throwing flowers pedals as he enters. We are passing this brand of mag glycinate pills around. We just know how beneficial it is to our overall mental health and well being.

Good value.

I actually take these magnesium supplements because I am taking a prescription medication that needs the user to keep their magnesium levels at a high normal and my insurance won't cover it.
Mag has a reputation for causing bowel problems but this type does not which was the main reason I chose it. I do take it with food and take one with lunch and 1 with dinner.
