Love the flavor and absolutely love the product, highly recommend in all aspects of fitness to help with muscle growth and recovery, improve endurance, support muscle maintenance during weight loss, and contribute to overall health by providing the nine essential amino acids your body can't produce on its own.
Horrible after taste HOWEVER, I’m still giving it 5 stars because it doesn’t have all the unnecessary ingredients, including saccharin, which makes it a much better supplement and when added to your favorite flavored drink you really cant taste the unflavored EAA. Definitely recommend as a healthier and safer choice to the flavored versions.
I love adding their EAA’s to my water to increase my protein intake.
I started taking this with creatine and noticed much faster recovery during workouts and following. I’m 58 and certainly taking longer to recover. I now rest less and can perform more reps. Not sure from the amino acids or creatine. The flavorless is terrible. Very bitter. The fruit punch is great
I have been using this product for approximately six months. The blue raspberry flavor is very tasty. I mix it with a vanilla protein shake. It helps equal out the protein profile of collagen peptides I take. This mixture gives my shake about 50 g of protein. Which helps when you have to get 200 g of protein per day. Made gains with my workout, trying to add some muscle mass over 50 years old. Had put on some muscle in the last six months seems to be a great supplement.
