So first I want to tell you about the taste and it’s amazing especially for peach mango, when I’m more preferably a blue razz or strawberry type of taster. Also the ingredients you get for the price and serve is definitely already worth it. Plus there’s vitamin B12 and B6, additionally there products are 3rd party tested along with being made in a GMP compliant facility. Best bang for your buck around! Def give them a try I believe you will be more than pleased.

Okay this review is for those hesitant about pre workout, those wondering the difference between this to others and is going to be a long one so bare with meOver the years I've had my fair share of ore workout and ore workiht alternative from C4, to Gold Standard, to Total War to Ryse even to Honey and Salt. After having all of that I can confidently say that Pre-X is the BEST Pre workout for those on a budget like myself. Not only are the effects just as if not better than all those listed above but the quality and quantity you get from X for the price is unmatched.Now unlike those others where you'll build an immunity towards them (atleast I have) as long as you're staying hydrated and following the directions, X will always do you good. X unlike the rest requires you to wait a minimum of 15 minutes before starting your workout. (Atleast that's how it is for me) they best way to do it IMO is: Drink your 16 oz and 1 scoop. Go stretch out (DO NOT start lifting or whatever) just let your body relax, get the blood going and X will start activating and that's when you start your workout. Idk about anyone else but I like it when pre workout gives me the itchy feeling. That's when I know it works and its time to get the pump on.Depending on how much caffeine you consume in a day (soda, energy drinks, coffee etc) X will last up to 1-4 hours (maybe even longer) after consumption. You'll feel your muscles still wanting to get their pump onYou may have seen other reviews talking about how X can make you look more Vascular. At first I couldn't see where they were coming from but after bettering my diet and lowering my consumption of caffiee products, I can definitely see it now. Its mainly prevalent during your workouts but you'll definitely notice more vasculitity post workout and on rest days if you keep a good diet.All in all Pre-X is an amazing product and well worth your money. Especially if you're like me and need pre workout from time to time. The fruit punch flavor is good. I can't wait to try other flavors though.

After trying many others (Redcon1, Bucked Up, Prosupps, etc.), I landed on this. I love the flavor (Fruit Punch), the price is great, and it has plenty of caffeine! I have it on Subscribe and Save to make it even cheaper, can't beat it.
