I've been taking this L-Arginine Complex before and during my workouts, and I do feel and experience my performance improvement. The flavor is delicious and enjoyable, unlike other pre-workouts that taste like a dangerous medication, not to say poison. Tastes semi terrible, but works semi amazing

It works for me pretty well, your mileage may vary.I take it about 45 minutes before a work out, and have noticed a significant increase in my ability to add weight and reps to what I am doing. Could be psycho somatic. Could be the supplement. Either way, after a couple of days my reps went up, so I added weight. And I am now repping the same as I was at the lower weight. so... good.In terms of the delivery mechanism - - I,e. powder you have to drink vs capsules - - I generally prefer capsules. Supplements that you mix in water always don't mix well so are a little grainy, taste like a terrible version of a kids drink, and are always messy somehow leaving a film of raspberry flavor on my counter. This is all of those things. Yet, I find myself kind of liking it. Not sure why. But I do.Last thing to note, and it says it on the front of the label, this is a arginine complex, so you are getting a blend of 5 versions of arginine. I like this concept and think it is the blend that has been more beneficial to me vs a standard l-arginine supplement, but that is pure speculation.

I was pleasantly surprised with how well this tastes. I'm a huge fan of blue raspberry and this does not disappoint. I take this everyday after my workout and it has become a part of my daily routine. Highly recommend.
