I like taking d-aspartic acid to support my athletic growth. Studies have shown that it can help with muscle building and strength.While I can't speak to the efficacy of this supplement on it's own, I can say that as part of my supplement regimen I have seen improvements in strength and muscle mass.

It's nice, but a lot of pills

It's a high quality product, and a good dosage. The only issue is that 4 pills for each dose is a lot of pills to swallow.

Easy To Take

These are super easy to take. The capsules are easy to swallow, they have no smell or taste. The serving size if 4 capsules per day so I take two in the morning and two in the afternoon. These are perfect if your looking to maximize your testosterone production. My sleep has been better since taking them and energy is better too. The best part is you get more than a month out of the bottle, it has 45 servings which is great.
