Handy for coconut milk and recipes

I love this stuff! Had to learn it dissolves better in warm water. I add it to curries instead of canned stuff, and I make my own coconut milk beverage for my autoimmune protocol diet (which has done wonders for my pain). In a quart jar half full of warm water I add 4 rounded tablespoons and the same of collagen protein, for the nutrition. Shake it up, fill i the ready of the way, and keep in the fridge. I shake it up in the morning, heat a half muffin in the microwave then add a shot of espresso. Makes me ALMOST as happy as coffee with half and half.
