Good for liver support

This has been helpful with my health and liver support. I encapsulate it in a size 00 and take one or two at separate times per day. I've been ordering for over a year.

Tastes disgusting but works

I had to buy the capsules separately and make them myself because my doctor didn't want me to buy them ready made with fillersAnyway less than to years with some lifestyle changes my liver is completely healed without medication side effects. Blood work doesn't lie!!

A way around the taste..

Love this product! I have problems swallowing pills, so I rely on the ease of being able to dissolve and drink tudca. So, yes, the taste is horrible, but the benefits are amazing (more energy, improved digestion, and I have experienced an increase in focus), so I've found a way to make the product bearable. Step 1: make coffee.(typically my morning coffee). Strp 2: dissolve the scoop-full in cold water. Step 3: chug the tudca water and, once finished, directly drink a bit of coffee. Gets rid of the bitter taste. Also, I've been drinking tudca in the morning this way for 4 months now and, honestly, I can drink it fine now without needed my coffee nearby.

It is an acid folks! You can't put it in a smoothie or swallow it in water. Buy some empty capsules. They are cheap and take it that way, but this brand and the purity is amazing. There is nothing else like it available. Seriously! I can't tell you all the amazing things it does for me healthwise because Amazon will not allow my review to go through. They claim I am making medical claims when I am simply stating how a particular health product affects me physically. Very strange because I read this same thing all the time in other reviews so I am deeply confused at the moment why I can't talk about this, but seemingly everyone else can, but suffice it to say it does its job and more.
