Nutricost Made With Organic Lion's Mane Capsules

Not sure if its the fault of the shipper or nutricost, but several capsules were broken and the powder was loose inside the bottle. The capsules that were intact were good quality though.

Nutricost Organic Lion's Mane Mushroom Capsules 2100mg, 30 Servings - Certified CCOF Organic, Vegetarian Got this for hubby to help with his memory and cognitive function. This appears to be a fairly large dose of organic Lion's Mane. I gave him Lion's Mane before and thought I saw some benefit, but he has complained of acid indigestion now. Honestly, I do not know if this is the problem, although I do not believe he has taken the suggested dosage. It may not be appropriate for him. Perhaps he better tolerated in a blend.

Great for mood boost! Been taking this for a couple weeks and have noticed an increase in mood and also a bit more energy.

I got this because I saw that it helps with anxiety and depression - whose life hasn't felt a little topsy-turvy with COVID restrictions? As for the results, I’m not sure if its due to me taking this or because of the additional measures I’ve done to reduce anxiety (such as meditating and working out regularly), but I feel great! When it comes to supplements it’s hard to tell whether it’s working or not, but I trust that this does the job!
The downside is that the capsules are quite large and the daily serving size is 3. I have no problem swallowing supplements, but be warned, it might be a lot for others.

As expected, these capsules are on the large size. I opened one up in order to taste the contents. Unfortunately, I'm not exactly sure what lion's mane mushrooms are supposed to taste like! It was slightly bitter and earthy with a bit of the tang.When it comes to mushroom supplements, this is certainly priced reasonably, especially since it is organic. I haven't noticed much of a difference in how I feel since taking this product, but I'm a believer in the benefits of various kinds of mushrooms.
