Very good product

I've tried a lot of protein powders and find at least half of them quite clumpy, grainy, or disgusting. This one is definitely above average and I am glad it's part of my daily routine! It dissolves well using a handheld milk frother or with a shaker bottle. It tastes better than most and although it has marine ingredients it does NOT smell or taste fishy at all, just in case you are worried about that! I am very sensitive to that and it's genuinely undetectable. In fact, the taste on this powder is good enough that I actually mixed a less appealing powder with this one so that this one could cover the ick. I am using this powder to camoflauge the failure of other products so that I can stand to drink them, lol. That's a hearty recommendation.I can't speak to the benefits of the collagen, since I'm not a nutritionist or a doctor, but I will say the protein amount is satisfying to me after drinking this and it is pretty impressive for the caloric content. So choosing this as my mid-afternoon snack has been helping me make healthy choices, and I think that difference shows in how I look and in how I feel.Out of the many protein powders I've tried, I'll definitely be shortlisting this to buy again.

I ordered this collagen to add to my morning smoothie. Since my smoothie is usually chocolate I figured this would be fine to add to it. I did however try it by itself. The scoop is pretty large and you only need one. It says to add to 8 - 10 oz of liquid. I just added it to cold water. As you can see it did have some lumps left in it after mixing. However since I'm adding it to a smoothie and using a hand blender to mix it the lumps won't be in the smoothie. I don't drink coffee or tea but I'm sure there wouldn't be any lumps in hot water. The drink actually had a nice chocolatey taste to it, not like chocolate milk but better than the chocolate drink. The powder itself has no taste to it or smell. The expiration date is 2027 so if you're not planning on using it right away it is going to last a while
