Reasonable Niacin. Extreme niacin dosage not recommended.B12 methylcobalamin rather than cyano(CYANOMIDE)cobalamin may be a better choice as well, especially for long term daily dosage.Nutricost seems to be the only one in line with these considerations, but, who knows, info changes constantly.
