Looking for alternative sources for BHB. Funny how you put the word Keto in front of the BHB and you can charge more., for the same... Is it the cheapest no but the quality is there and a decent company with a decent rapore goes a ways. Ingredients solid. Taste ok but can be adjusted by adding or lessening the water amounts to taste. I prefer more water down and light so just add more water. All good. Slew of BHB on the market in all formats under the sun but this is a decent option and the drink mix adds a little zing to what otherwise is boring so how bad could it be... Give it a shot, you wont be disappointed.
