this product is very powerful, and I am very grateful with Nutricost to produce this quality yohimbe. One pill is enough compared to others brands. I was using GNC and Bulksupplements but they are nothing compared to this brand. Again, one is enough. With the others I had to use more than two.

If you are not used to the Yohimbe THRUSH, try emptying out a little over half of a capsule and take the lesser half. You may feel all the negatives mentioned in other reviews until you get used to it. You will have energy ALL DAY LONG! It can make you aggressive but you can stay in control. If you eat before taking this, It won't work. Take it on empty stomach and after it hits you (about 20-30 minutes) eat something to calm your stomach.
People take this for sexual performance also. Just remember, if you take it in the evening or at night, You will NOT SLEEP. This is great for energy while dieting. It seems to get rid of fat and keeps you going while on a calorie deficit. It's like putting rocket fuel in a Volkswagen! Also be advised that your body seems to go faster than your brain so you must step back and concentrate when dealing with money, numbers, and critical tasks. YOU WON'T LIKE WAITING IN LINE, IN TRAFFIC OR FOR ANYONE TO DO SOMETHING. When you find the right dose (more is not always better) you'll be happy! After taking it for a while you will build up a tolerance and take more. After that it will stop working at all. Cycle off 2 weeks and start over. This info. works for me. I HAVE NO MEDICAL TRAINING OR QUALIFICATIONS! If you have health issues, please talk to your doctor first. If you take too much, this CAN UNALIVE YOU!

This supplement is strong.
More than one is too much.
The smaller dosage is best in my opinion.
Occasionally gave me a headache.
But no problem in smaller doses.
Provides lots of energy.
Will keep you awake if taken late.
Use with caution.

Very good stuff, taking it as a pre-workout. It's strong, it would probably take about a week of use to adapt and lessen side effects. Do your research before taking anything, and of course those who are unsure, have heart complications, high blood pressure etc. should consult a physician before use.

A friend recommended Yohimbe as a natural Viagra, so I tried it to see for myself.

Here's what I learned.

It has pros and cons.

Take ONE early in the day. The first time, I took two in the evening, and I was awake almost all night. Big mistake. Don't do that.

One effect I've gotten is a chill. That is unpleasant at night. In the daytime, out in the hot Florida sun, it can be pleasant.

It is a zapper. My self-experimentation of getting up an hour early, taking ONE Yohimbe and going back to sleep got me a powerful wake-up jolt as soon as the Yohimbe took effect.

It gives me a definite energy boost, a heighten alertness, and enhanced blood flow (which, I guess gives it its Viagra-like reputation).

My recommendation, based on my experience, is to take ONE very early on the day. The effects last maybe 12 hours. I'm an average size and weight guy, and that's what works for me.

Experience it with caution. I'm sure you will notice an effect.

Unlike some supplements, when you take Yohimbe, you know you've taken it.
