Although I am a registered nurse, I'm not giving medical advice, but, after taking the intra workout pink lemonade for 1 month, my total cholesterol dropped 40 points without any other dietary change or medications!!! I'm not sure what ingredient(s) gave this result, but I was amazed!

Tastes great and is at a great orice
Very strong taste but for the cost you cant really ask for more, gets the job done and helps your budget while doing it
Usually have this in the afternoon when I get home from work. It has just enough caffeine to give you a boost, plus a nice profile of electrolytes and amino acids, and tastes good too. You could definitely use this intra workout, but I haven't tried it that way, I have a different pre and post workout that I use. For an intra day boost though, you can't go wrong.
This product seems to have a solid mix of ingredients to give you a boost without being over the top and leading to jitters or a big crash later. The price seems reasonable for 30 servings.

You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center.
