I CAN FINALLY HAVE DAIRY!

My boyfriend bought me this to make lactose free mozzarella cheese. It worked! Since then we’ve made ice cream too. It works so well I can mix some in my drink prior to eating store bought ice cream or even pizza and have ZERO side effects. I haven’t been able to do that in a long time.
To treat milk we put it in a pot on low heat. Mix 2 scoops with about 1/8c water and blend well. Dump the mix into the milk and heat to 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Let cool and put back in container. With 2 days it is lactose free enough for me to drink it!!!!

Easy to add and no flavor/texture issues

Adding this to protein powder is a game changer for me. Usually mix several hours in advance and have not noticed any flavor or texture changes. I've also added to greek yogurt and hot coffee without issues. Way more convenient that tablets when at home.

I use this powder for homemade whipped cream and other cooking that involves a lot of heavy cream. It adds in just fine along with the dry ingredients (like powdered sugar) without clumping or destabilizing things. There aren't any guidelines for how much to use, so it's mostly trial and error. I use a 5cc scoop instead of the one that was included inside the container.
