Nice tasting drink with good consistency. Mixes easily in water or milk. I prefer milk for the extra protein. Protein drinks can be all over the board but this one is very good. I think the value is in line with the quality of the ingredients and the volume you receive.

Easy on Digestion and No Side Effects

I have been trying for a long time to find a protein powder that doesn't effect my stomach or give me brain fog. What interested me the most in trying this particular powder is the fact that it was not only third party tested but the fact that it only has two ingredients. I don't have to mix it with anything else to mask the after taste because to me there is no chalky taste. I have blended blueberries than stirred in the protein powder and it is very good but most of the time I drink it without adding anything. It dissolves very quickly. The key for me is to either stir or lightly tip a shaker cup back and forth so that it doesn't get a lot of thick foam which happens with heavy shaking and in a blender. I have used it for pre & post workout as well as a substitute for a meal. I am so pleased that I am able to finally get more protein in my body without any side effects.
