Love this in my early morning shakes

I love to use it in my early morning shakes whether I workout or I'm just simply going to work. It gives me enough energy to push through a workout and it makes me more focus. It tastes pretty bad by itself but if you mix it in with a fruit/veggie shake and honey, it's not bad at all. I think it's worth it and notice the difference shortly after I'm done taking it.

You can skip any bitter taste if you add to something like the drink packets you can find and Walmart, Tops, Wegmans, Aldi, and every dollar store.
