Good shiitake is for a good price.

Good light flavor. Reminds me of cacoa nibs after taste, which is raw cocoa. I have it b4 breakfast by 30 minutes. I've read its best taken on an empty stomach for full benefits. This is a great price for the amount. The 'scoop' is hidden inside of your powder. I used a spoon (tsp) to get the powder until finally the scoop was revealed & now i use that, which is approximately a tsp i suppose.

Mushroom Magic

I like mushroom flavor but not the texture in foods. They are a superfood and would like to include them daily in my diet. I say this as several mushrooms rot in my fridge as I type. Alas, mushroom powder! I have added it to veggie patties and vegan gravy and soups. I cannot even conceive of adding it to my breakfast shake. I also added the powder to a dressing I made in my Vitamix: garlic-herb oil-free dressing. This is a keeper and I can only come up with more ways to use it.
