Good product

Big container that will last a long time at 1-3g or so per day. Tasteless powder that is easily added to a protein shake. Happy with my purchase.

Taste vs Gains: Don't Be a Puss

I wouldn't listen to all the people complaining about taste. Of course it's going to taste like trash. That's not the purpose of taking this in the first place. Get a good tasting protein and add the 5g of L-Leucine to your post-workout shake. If the taste is still overbearing, then add 20g of dextrose (wouldn't advise if you are a type II diabetic). Anyways, the point is not taking L-Leucine for the taste. It's for an increase in MPS. If you can't stomach taking it, this life wasn't meant for you anyways.

Health boost for kitty

Hoping to boost immune system for kitty. Didn't like mixed with water as instructed so am putting in food with success. We will see.

Lysine Powder is the way to go!

Works great. There's almost no taste and the powdered version is so much better than the horse pills (I doubt those horse tablets digest very well). Thanks Nutricost for making an affordable powder that works:)
