These have been a HUGE breakthrough for me - makes my skin and skin sooo supple and soft

Long review but I have been BLOWN AWAY with how well these worked and feel the need to share in case this resonates with anyone. I tried these on a whim, first started out with just one pill and then after doing a little research decided to take two a day for a week or so, later finding that 2-3 a day is the sweet spot, 4 feels too harsh on my kidneys. When I started taking 2 I really began to feel the benefits of THE SMOOTHEST SOFTEST skin (face and entire body) I've ever had in my life. No excess oil, no patchy dry spots..I'm interested to see how they do with the dry winter air. Breakouts are few and far between as well. If that wasn't enough, my hair texture when from coarse and brittle to baby soft.
