I am no fan of the food source of this item (artichokes?) I use it with quercetin and vitamin C and have read on the label to also use B12 with it which I need to take more of anyway. Things like grape seed extract, pine bark extract, pycnogenol, zinc, and astragalus all have similar benefits.
