This product really helped me to elevate my workouts and I'm so grateful to my boyfriend who recommended it.It does take a little bit of time for the powder to dissolve so I typically make my pre workout drink and then start getting ready for the gym. While getting ready I occasionally stir it, which seems to help it dissolve fully by time I'm ready to drink it.
