Buyer beware

I don't know what this product is, but Nutricost included it in my order for another product. It appeared as an "update" invoice after I had approved payment for the product I was originally ordering. They charged my credit card for this "update" without my approval. I called the customer service number and left a message immediately. I also emailed them immediately. No response from them at all until after it shipped. I informed them I would not pay for return shipping for something I didn't order, and didn't want. I now have no less than 16 auto generated emails from them , but none offering to provide return shipping. So now I have to go through the credit card company. Lizzi, at customer service also misrepresented the date their shipping dept received the purchase notification as the shipping date, which was actaully a couple days later. I had to get that info from "tracking" at UPS. She did this to make it look like the order had already shipped, when all she had to do was contact her shipping dept and delete the additional item.

ALA helps poke holes in our inner cells to allow water to flush good nutrients in and bad toxins out. I take 8 per day (3 at breakfast and lunch and 2 before bed).
