It digest sardines (like them a lot) proteins olive oils and fats.

I do not like fillers due to IC, I get reactions to synthetic chemicals, It would be better if they can encapsulate them with no fillers, or add empty capsules, I got some empty capsules because it is acidic and burns my tongue. I give it 5 stars because I had sardines and olive oil with no reactions. All my life, I can not digest oils and proteins, I was very impressed.
