It was recommended to me by my acupuncturist for my carpal tunnel. My hands (especially my right one) would always fall asleep. During the day as I was trying to type and also while I was sleeping. Certainly Help With Your Circulation

These along with their "booster" tablets have helped the circulation in my legs and eliminated pains and numbness that I previously had. I am a bit of a fanatic studying the various supplements and these are one of the best I have found. Does not give give you that "flush" that many niacin type supplements do as I've had it and for 15-20 minutes it will drive you crazy but that is with simple niacin, not these. Google it! This is really great for your skin and has other benefits too. Not so much pain relief, for me anyway. Will keep using for skin though, noticeable difference.

My skin specialist recommended that I consider this product. He was spot on. This supplement caused those little bumps on my skin to disappear. Like really disappear. It seems to smooth my skin for some reason. I showed my doctor how this product shrunk the skin lesions that seem to grow over time. It is proven effective to prevent pre-cancerous spots on your skin and done so in a Gold Standard AMA test out of Australia. As for this particular product, it was timely delivered and well sealed. I think it is cheap. If more people used it my doctor said alot of his work would be eliminated in removing those skin bumps that we worry could eventually become cancer.
